Are you ready to stop arguing?

“You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. You must learn to see the world anew”
Albert Einstein

Does it happen that you argue about the same thing again and again?

In my experience repetition brings a sense of despair and helplessness, oh no, again! We’ll never understand each other!

What’s underneath these problems? What causes them? Why do they repeat?

We usually believe we know how things are supposed to be done and criticise the other person for not doing it our way. We get into a box and try to make the other to step into our box. Of course he resists! He doesn’t want to leave his box for our one. How do we know that our view of the world is THE view? Maybe there is a little tiny possibility that it’s not quite so?

What is it that you argue about with your partner? Remember all the details, what really happens, how you react, what you don’t like, and what you want to be changed. See your box. Clearly and with all the details.

Now, with your conscious choice, step out of your box. Imagine yourself being a bird. An eagle or albatross or whatever comes to your mind. See the view of the other person from your bird’s view. See his view. See your view. Find something that irritates you in his view. Find something that irritates you in your view. Find something that you appreciate in his view. Find something that you appreciate in your view. Find something that you can laugh about his view, then your view. Do you really need your box?!

See your box again. Step out of it consciously.

Enjoy love!
