Decorate your bedroom with flowers and candles. Put some soft music on. Have a bath, touch your body lovingly, admiring yourself. Dress in something flowing and feminine. Embody the Goddess.

When you light the candles, feel how you as a Goddess create beautiful intimate space for your date. Invite your partner to enter your bedroom, your temple. Tell him that you want to share your love with him, connect with him and it’s not about having intercourse. Look at each other, touch each other lovingly and gently, breathe from heart to heart keeping the eye contact.

Spend time with each other in a sensual way, admiring each other, being grateful for each other. Just be together. With no goal. Sharing your love, seeing him and allowing him to see you. Everything that happens is welcomed. Stay in your heart, breathe into your heart and follow your intuition. There is not much to do, just be together. You might need some courage J Find a place in your body that feels safe and fearless, act from it.
